But there are things you can do every day that will make more healthier.
1- Eat the right amount of calories. It is recommended that men have around 2,500 calories a day, and women should have around 2,000 calories a day.
2- Drink a minimum of 8 cups of water every day.
3- Eat a lot of Fruits and Veg.
4- Don’t skip breakfast -Some people skip breakfast because they think it will help them lose weight. Research shows that breakfast can help you control your weight.
Also, a healthy breakfast is an important part of a balanced diet.
5- Drink water with lemon in the morning.
6- Less saturated Fat and Sugar – too much saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood.
